How to adjust the saw blades of multiple saws to the same level
The saw blades of the upper and lower shafts of the multi-blade saw are not on the same level.
There are 2 reasons for this,

1. Step dislocation occurs in the entire discharge; reason: the saw blades of the upper and lower axes or the left and right axes are not on the same horizontal plane.

2. The steps of the single board are dislocated. The saw blades of the upper and lower axes or the left and right axes are not on the same horizontal plane.

Solution:

Take a plate and place it in the feeding port. After starting processing, stop the machine to confirm the direction and position of the wrong surface.

1. First, the equipment needs to be completely stopped, and the motor, reducer, and saw blade need to be completely cooled, and then enter the adjustment state.

2. Check whether the saw blade is worn, and replace or grind it in time.

3. Deal with the sawing material remaining between the saw blade and the saw spacer gap

4. Open the rear cover, loosen the upper and lower spindle fixing screws, adjust the spindle direction slightly according to the surface of the misalignment, and observe whether the upper and lower saw blades are on a horizontal plane.

5. After the upper and lower saw blades keep the horizontal position, tighten the nut and the debugging is completed.
