1. When installing the saw blade, you must first confirm the performance and purpose of the machine. It is best to read the machine manual first. To avoid incorrect installation and cause accidents.
2. When using a saw blade, you should first confirm the speed of the machine’s main shaft, and it should not exceed the maximum speed that the saw blade can reach. If not, the risk of chipping may occur.
3. When using, workers must do the best job of accident protection, such as wearing protective covers, gloves, safety helmets, protective shoes, protective glasses, etc.
4. Before installing the saw blade, check whether the main shaft of the machine has a jump or large swing gap. When installing the saw blade, tighten the saw blade with a flange and a nut. After installation, check whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the table. If there is a washer on the flange plate, the washer must be covered, and after embedding, gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm whether the rotation is eccentric.
5. When installing the saw blade, you must first check whether the saw blade is cracked, distorted, flattened, or tooth dropped. If there are any above problems, it is strictly forbidden to use them.
6. The teeth of the saw blade are extremely sharp, collisions and scratches are prohibited, and must be handled with care. It not only prevents damage to the human body but also avoids damage to the cutting edge of the cutter head and affects the cutting effect.
7. After installing the saw blade, you must confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there is a gasket, the gasket must be covered; then, gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm the saw blade Whether the rotation is eccentrically shaken.
8. The cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the saw blade must be aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly forbidden to install it in the opposite direction, the wrong direction will cause the gear to fall.
9. Pre-rotation time: After the saw blade is replaced, it needs to pre-rotate for one minute before use, so that cutting can be performed when the saw table enters the working state.
10. When you hear abnormal sounds during use, or see abnormal shaking or uneven cutting surface, please stop the operation to check the cause of the abnormality, and replace the saw blade in time.
11. When there is a sudden peculiar smell or smoke, you should stop the machine for inspection in time to avoid printing leakage, high friction, high temperature, and other fires.
12. According to different machines, cutting materials, and cutting requirements, the feeding method and feeding speed need to have a corresponding match. Do not forcefully accelerate or delay the feeding speed outward, otherwise, it will cause great damage to the saw blade or the machine.
13. When cutting wood materials, it should pay attention to chip removal timely. The use of exhaust-type chip removal can remove the wood chips that block the saw blade in time, and at the same time, it has a cooling effect on the saw blade.
14. When cutting metal materials such as aluminum alloys and copper pipes, use cold cutting as much as possible. Use a suitable cutting coolant, which can be effectively cool the saw blade and ensure a smooth and clean cutting surface.
